New Life Covenant Church is a dynamic, Spirit-filled church in Wichita with a mission to see lives changed through the love of Jesus. With passionate worship, biblical preaching, and a wide range of ministries, New Life is committed to equipping believers, serving the city, and reaching the nations with the Gospel.
Why Christian Education Matters—And How This Church Has Made It Happen
New Life Covenant Church lives out a bold vision: that every educator is on mission with Jesus in their school. Under the leadership of Pastor Jason Cho and the passionate support of Lead Pastor Tim Fruit, the church has created an extraordinary ministry dedicated to equipping and encouraging teachers—both inside and outside the church body.
Through the Educator Collaboration Team, New Life Covenant provides:

Dedicated prayer support through their prayer room and quarterly in-service commissioning

Financial support through the church’s largest missions fund, available for educators to meet practical needs and pursue Spirit-led ideas in their classrooms

Relational encouragement, including handwritten cards with scripture, text messages, school visits, lunch drop-offs, and a year-end celebration at Chicken and Pickle

Free access to church-hosted events and conferences, and support for PD classes, staff breakfasts, and school-wide appreciation efforts

City-wide gatherings like Lift Dinners and AWAKE Dinners, in partnership with Christian Educators, to equip teachers for missional living
They’ve supported everything from new shoes for foster kids to QT gift cards for entire school staffs. One unique offering—Your Kingdom Classroom, a Wednesday night course—was even open to teachers from the broader community.
